JaEm Medicals – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

JaEm Medicals offers multiple shipping methods depending on your location:

Within the United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery varies by destination (7–21 business days)

  • Customs delays can extend shipping times beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Free shipping promotions (when available) apply automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered.

  • JaEm Medicals is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to inaccurate addresses.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

  • For damaged items, email us within 48 hours with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • We will assist with claims or replacements depending on the situation.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

8. Split Shipments

  • To avoid delays, some orders may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.

9. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or refusal, reshipping fees will apply.
