Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most non-consumable items.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In re-sellable condition

Important:
For safety and hygiene reasons, all herbal products, skincare, supplements, teas, oils, and consumables are FINAL SALE.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resend or refund at no extra cost.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

  • Essential oils

  • Herbal blends

  • Teas

  • Skincare products

  • Supplements

  • Sea moss

  • Balms & salves

  • Any opened product

This is standard in the wellness industry.


4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Allow 3–7 business days for processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a return is denied, we can ship the product back at your expense.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item shipped

For size-based items (shirts, hats), exchanges are allowed if unused and unwashed.


6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective


7. How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged)

We respond within 24–48 hours.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase before they ship.
Once shipped, it must follow the normal return process.


9. Custom Items

Custom items such as branded apparel (HILLSIDE shirts/hats) are non-refundable, unless defective.
